What an amazing experience! It was a bumpy ride with the market being so crazy and also many obstacles coming up during the process but Ali walked us through every house we wanted to see, gave us her honest opinion about each home and thankfully talked us out of homes that we would for surely have regretted buying! It is much more than just a sale for her. She actually cares and is willing to take all the time that it takes to make sure her clients get the best home suited for them. I cant begin to thank her enough for everything she has done for us, and I know we were extremely difficult at times but she rolled with the punches and kept being a professional every step of the way! She is very responsive and was willing to sacrifice her personal time to make sure we saw every house we wanted to. I can honestly say she treated us as more than just clients. She treated us as though we were family and it was more than her best interest to make sure we had an awesome experience! Thank you Ali, we wouldn’t use any other agent if we were to ever look for another home!

I met Ali through Zillow as she was the buyer’s agent assigned to a property that I was interested in seeing. She responded to my inquiry right away, and we scheduled a viewing for the very next day. While the property didn’t end up working out for me, I liked Ali immediately. She paid attention to my needs and dreams and my feedback to the listings she’d send me. She was always punctual, not at all pushy, and she made me feel like a priority. It wasn’t long before we found my new home. Not only did she connect me with the property, she recommended an offer that was below asking, which I feared may offend the seller -- but it was accepted, and we closed within a couple of weeks. She was my firm, no-nonsense advocate when it came to negotiating, and I will ask her to represent me again when I’m ready to buy my lake house. I highly recommend Ali Ginnett.
