My husband and I were looking for a home to purchase in the St. Charles and surrounding area. Since we were first time home owners we didn’t know what to expect. Alice came highly recommended so we gave her a call. Alice started asking us questions to find out exactly what we wanted in a home and what we did not want. Alice made it easy for us to find homes to look at in our price range with exactly what we were looking for. We checked out a handful of homes with Alice. She was always available to answer our questions honestly and worked around our schedule to view houses. Alice sent us a link to a house in St. Charles. She took us to view it the same day. We instantly fell in love with it. Alice then walked us through putting an offer in and the negotiation process. She was very knowledgeable about all of our inquiries. Alice also recommended a lawyer for us to use. We were very happy with her recommendation. Alice really made our first time home buying experience a easy and enjoyable one. She was very professional, honest and always available for whatever we needed. I was so impressed with Alice that when my parents wanted to put their home up for sale in Elgin I recommended that they call Alice. They already had a realtor in mind but I said they may as well meet with her. Alice did a walk through of their home with my parents. Again, Alice was honest with them about suggestions on what they could do to sell their home quickly and what they did not need to do. My parents ended up listing their home with Alice. Their home sold within a couple of weeks. I highly recommend Alice to anyone buying or selling a home. I will certainly use Alices services again when the time come to relocate.
