I worked with Alice for the purchase of a home, as a first time homebuyer. Alice was extremely engaged throughout the entire process,. She advocated for me and gave excellent advice. She answered all of my many questions. I had to make offers on several properties in a crazy seller’s market, and she was as patient as a saint throughout the process.

Once I had an accepted offer, we ran into a few snags and sticky situations along the way (none of them were Alice’s fault), and she guided me through them with ease, advocated for me to protect me, and always calmed my fears.

I would 100% trust Alice as my agent to list my home as a seller, or to assist me as a buyer. She is dedicated to her profession and gives top notch customer service. Such a pleasure to work with her.
