Alice Medlock

Alice is a life long resident of the Van Buren-Fort Smith, Arkansas area. She grew up on a farm north of Mulberry, Arkansas and from these roots came her love of the outdoors, nature and her zeal for life. Her enthusiasm added to her knowledge of the area and current market conditions, plus her dedication to Excellence, guarantees total customer satisfaction! Her hobbies include "flipping houses", growing flowers, baking and trying new recipes, spending time with her little dog Precious. and her cat Bunker. A consistent top producer for the past 20 years, she received the Crawford County Realtor of the Year award in 2013, is involved in the Community Kitchen for the homeless, a member of the Van Buren Chamber of Commerce, involved in the annual Crawford County Board fund raiser for CASA and Special Olympics, served as director on her local board for three years , has chaired the Awards of Excellence Committee for the past fourteen years and chaired the annual Christmas benevolence program for four years. She is a life long resident of Crawford County and serves Crawford , Sebastian ,Franklin Counties within a 60 mile radius of Van Buren.
