If you’re looking for a realtor with great response times, tremendous attention to detail & a trustworthy negotiator who will go to bat for you, Alice is in a league of her own.

Alice truly is in her own wonderland and league of her own . I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Alice and her company! It was my first-time investment home, with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with a couple of realtors before Alice , but we knew instantly that known had that it factor like Alice , I instantly new she was the one for me .She is honest and hands-on (she even crawled into creepy crawl spaces with me to check insulation with me !), and she really helped to take the pressure off of me .

I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Superwoman Alice walked me through every step of the negotiations. Even suggesting certain things they got me to win the house and make almost $135,000 my first flip. I love the unconventional approach and we won. I thank Alice for that and prey for her every day! I have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and I always recommend A&T Real Estate to them!

I now consider Alice a dear friend and would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home.
