Alicia Abu

Alicia M. Abu brings a unique perspective to the real estate industry with over 20 years’ experience. She has developed an expansive network of Seller, Buyer, and Investor clientele. Her integrity and keen understanding of residential real estate has resulted in an almost 100% referral business. Alicia developed a niche with the US Bankruptcy Court representing Trustees in selling distressed properties. Her knowledge of this challenging process has merited respect and admiration from the Court, Trustees, and homeowners alike. As a Staging Professional, she uses her creativity to enhance each listing and optimize a home’s value. Alicia is consistently recognized as a Top Producer for the Realtors Association of Central Massachusetts. Alicia received her bachelor’s degree from Saint Anselm's College where she studied Philosophy and Liberal Arts. A lifelong resident of Metro West, she settled in Hopkinton in 1998 and has raised her now grown, three children there.
