Alicia Aleman did an excellent job selling a second home for us. And once again Alicia was insightful and relentless. Taking on this endeavor during the COVID-19 pandemic, she adhered to CDC guidelines as she safely executed the open house and virtual tours. Ms. Aleman recieved several offers for us and when the initial one fell through, she immediately secured another offer without sacrificing our baseline asking price. Throughout the selling process, Ms. Aleman guided us through the usual buyer demands and successfully represented our interests with integrity.
