Out of all the realtors I know, Alicia was the one for me! She’s fun but also keeps it professional. She is to the point and explains everything in a way I can understand. Her knowledge in real estate shows when speaking to her about different topics in the field. She was able to answer all my questions. She was always available to show me home when I was on the hunt. When there was a home I wanted to see, she was able to get an appointment. She always answered my calls! She is one I recommend to my friends and family because of her promptness, skills, knowledge, competence, and her attitude. She shows she cares and wants you to be happy with the whole process. 5 stars cause she girl is the whole package.

If you'd told my partner and I that we'd be able to find our dream home and close on it in the middle of a pandemic while we were on the other side of the country, we wouldn't have believed it was possible. It was through some combination of good fortune and Alicia's responsiveness to information requests that we were able to have her as our realtor.

This amazing human being went above and beyond for us. She visited the locations and made videos of the homes that interested us since we couldn't view them ourselves. She pointed out potential in each location, and she was up front about any concerns that she spotted. We knew we could trust that she'd have our best interests at heart, and because of this we felt confident about finding a home with her help.

Alicia answered our questions, of which there were many, in a timely fashion through email and phone. She helped us negotiate to get the best deal, and walked us through the process of buying a house with patience, professionalism, and good humor. She's a great communicator and a real advocate for her clients. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help us on this journey.

If you're looking to buy a home, this is the person you want in your corner. My husband and I are grateful for her help, and we'll definitely be recommending her if any of our friends are looking for a home in the future.

She worked with me to help make the right offer on the house, and when it was all said and done, the house was appraised well over the price I paid. From nearly 3000 miles away, she helped me find the perfect home for me and my family. I wasn't able to travel to look at homes yet so she took the extra steps to let me see everything I wanted and handled it perfectly. She got me a great deal on a great home. She's very informative, responsive and overall great at making the home buying process as easy as possible. 10/10 home buyers would recommend. 👌
