During this process I will give staging advice, have professional pictures taken, advertise your home, host open houses, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. Investing in Real Estate Considering investing in real estate and wondering what that looks like? Flipping or Renting....I will assist you through this process from finding the right property, financing options, repairs, staging, profit or rental rate and so much more. In any case, communication and setting expectations throughout the entire real estate process is key.
