Alicia was great to work with. My wife and I showed up and ask for some addresses to land lots we could go look at alone. She listened to what we were looking for and gave us several suggestions and let us go on our way. We found one of the properties to our liking and she came back out to the property with us that afternoon. We purchased that lot. Alicia kept on top of the deal and made sure we knew what to expect the whole way through.
It has been a pleasure doing business with Northwest Montana Real Estate and particularly with Alicia. I would highly recommend dealing with her if you are looking in the Troy area.

We have worked with many realtors, and Alicia ranks right up there with the best. She quickly responds to all emails, phone calls, and texts. She is very knowledgeable about the area, and is a home grown realtor, which is so important when buying and selling. The experience was actually enjoyable! I would recommend Alicia, and would definitely use her for any of our reality needs in the future.

Working with Alicia was awesome! When my husband and I called Alicia, it was our first experience looking for a home. I was really thankfully Alicia was recommended to us, because she made everything much easier than I thought it would be. She was helpful in explaining the process of buying a home and was knowledgeable of the area and market. She communicated fast, efficiently and was relatable to me as a home-buyer. Alicia also really tuned-in to what we were looking for, so when we found what is now our home, she was encouraging and insightful without being pushy. We ended up buying the second house we viewed with her. If I were to ever buy a home again in the Lincoln county area, I would definitely choose Alicia.
