Alicia is a licensed REALTOR® serving both Virginia and Tennessee. Having spent her life in Virginia while working extensively across state lines, she offers clients a unique understanding of the region and a genuine passion for helping them find the right place to call home.
She is a graduate of Mountain Empire Community College in Big Stone Gap, Virginia, and earned her degree from East Tennessee State University. Alicia completed her real estate training through D & D Real Estate School and remains committed to ongoing education as a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Tennessee REALTORS®, Northeast Tennessee Association of REALTORS®, and Virginia REALTORS®.
Alicia specializes in residential real estate, with particular experience assisting clients with inherited and estate properties. She understands the unique challenges that can come with these transactions and works to provide guidance, clarity, and a smooth process during what is often a sensitive time. In addition to residential sales, Alicia also works with commercial properties and land, offering well-rounded expertise across multiple sectors of the market.
Before transitioning into real estate, Alicia built her career in social work and sales—an experience that continues to shape her approach today. She believes real estate is, at its core, a service-driven profession. Her goal is to educate, guide, and advocate for her clients, ensuring they feel confident and at ease throughout every step of the process.
Outside of real estate, Alicia enjoys a full and active life with her husband, David, her college sweetheart, and their three children. Together with their two dogs, they value family time, community involvement, and serving their local church. In her free time, Alicia loves to travel and embraces every opportunity to enjoy life and create lasting memories.
