I talked to Alicia a few months ago about listing my house after she had listed and sold my brother's for him but was not sure about using a realtor yet at this point. The market was good so wanted to list on my own to save the fees. I had it up for a little over a month and dealt with all the hassle of lining up showings and everything else that comes with it. I had accepted a good offer and signed to then find out 4 days later the buyer backed out which come to find out isn't uncommon. When I talked to Alicia again she stopped right back over and told me she would have it sold in no time. She did exactly what she said she would which is rare these days and she had a couple of dozen showings within a matter of a few days, had me 7 offers in hand well over asking by the time we hit day 5. She was constantly keeping me In the loop on the whole process start to finish and was always available to answer any questions. If you need your house sold she's the one i only wish i let her sell mine sooner. I can guarantee you won't regret it!

I have worked with Alicia both as a buyer and a seller. She was AMAZING. We searched for houses for what felt like an eternity (for like two years) and she was always a phone call away when we wanted to check one out no matter how far away it was. She was willing to do visits later in the evening and even made sure we could still see a house with another realtor if she was unavailable. When it came time for my dad to sell his childhood home she made the process quick and easy. You definitely can’t go wrong working with her!
