We fell in love with an older home - the listing agent was quite difficult to deal with and there were constant changes, updates, fixes, etc., that needed to be done prior to even purchasing the home and Alicia was the biggest blessing in all of it. She took all the difficulty away from us (first time home buyers) having to deal with it and handled everything quickly and respectfully. She knew all the right questions to ask, moves to make, ensuring we were truly protected in all of it. Not to mention, YEARS later, she still stays in touch with her clients. This year, she gifted her clients with a Christmas photo session. Not many realtors go that extra mile. Highly recommend Alicia!

It really takes just one word. Alicia was recommended by a co-worker when my family decided to start looking for a home. We were not ready to buy, but rather wanted to look at what was available. It took us well over a year to finally decide on a home.

During that time, Alicia, joined us on every home that was not an open house (even joined us on a few of those occasions, too). She answered and asked all the important questions. She responded within 24 hours on every email and text, even the day before Thanksgiving. She is wholly committed to her work.

Alicia went above and beyond for us on selling our place in Iowa as we live in Oklahoma. She made the process easy and quick for us. Alicia took time too understand exactly what we were looking for and didn’t bombard us with showings! All of them were meaningful and she went out of her way to get them scheduled to fit our time and even went way out of her way geographically. I was recommended Alicia by my loan agent, because of her hard work and efficiency. I really enjoyed working with Alicia as she was able to provide lots of knowledge about different houses as well as concerns so that I could find the perfect fit. After lots of houses and a rushed schedule we walked into a house and both knew that was the house for me!! She doesn’t just end her relationship with her people when the paperwork is done, she checks in on you to see how the house is going and if you have and issues. She will provide you with a list of folks to contact if something needs work.
