Alicia was everything and more than you can hope for in a realtor. I was having an extremely hard time finding a commercial property. I went through several realtors who kept telling me there was noting in the market as I needed it. Months after crazy search and no results, someone recommended Alicia and she not only found me the most wonderful property but she was fiercely when it came to negotiating and making sure that I would get everything I needed. She helped me go through contracts and back and forths, communications with landlord, sub landlord and management and was there 24/7 from beginning to end (and beyond). I would recommend her 1000%
