Alicia Reynolds

Born and raised in Rhode Island, it's hard to find a neighborhood in the Ocean State where Alicia Reynolds doesn't have a friend, a family member, or a potential perfect new home! Over the past three decades, Alicia's career in real estate has ranged from becoming the youngest vice-president at Bank of Boston in their mortgage and private bank divisions, to her first stint at the Residential Properties, Barrington office in the late 1990's. After moving her family of five across the globe and back again several times as the kids grew up, she and her husband Jim have at long last landed back in Rhode Island. Now that the nest is empty once more, Alicia has returned to Residential Properties having never lost sight of her love of helping families discover their upsize, downsize, or right size home!

Alicia is a firm believer in 'giving back' wherever and whenever she could, in whatever neighborhood she happens to be in. From her early days on the Elmwood Neighborhood Housing Foundation, to helping out in her children's schools, and most recently starting the Daniel Island Kindness Project, where she marshalled resources to support neighboring families experiencing temporary hardship, Alicia has always been an active volunteer.

Alicia, Jim and their dogs, Lonnie & Lulu, have happily settled at long last in Rumford. Whether she is walking the dogs through one of Rumford's beautiful nature trails or streets, stopping by Seven Stars Bakery for a loaf of yummy bread, or dropping into Knit One Quilt Too for a quilting class and some yarn, Alicia knows what it means to be part of the wonderful community that is Rhode Island. She knows through experience that once you find the right neighborhood, it's just a matter of finding the right house. Throughout her time as a homeowner, she and Jim have renovated and perfected each of their family's homes until they are just as perfect as the community that surrounds them, and she is committed to helping you do the same.
