Professional personable knowledgeable are the top 3 words to describe the experience my family had with Alicia's representation in selling a property. The conversations and process was more like family than anything else. Highly recommended and we will only use Alicia for our next property to sale in near future. It was also a pleasure and enjoyable having someone that knows the area and born and bred in Georgia as my family is.

I loved working with Alicia. She helped me discover what I was looking for in a forever home. As a first time home buyer at the age of 20, she helped me complete the steps up getting pre-approved. She then guided me into making an educated decision on a lender. She was very helpful, patient, and understanding. We searched together for a few months. She always took the time to contact me with important updates. She answered any and all questions and would explain every detail for my own understanding. Together we found my first home. She helped get me the best deal possible. She has looked out for me since day one. She’s super sweet and honest. It has been a lovely experience. She is definitely more than my realtor now. She is my friend. I look forward to working with her again someday in the future.

Searching for a home is alot easier said than done. I have butt heads with Lenders, Seller's, Appraisers, and even land surveyors when purchasing my new home, but I have never had to butt heads with Alicia Webb. Some realtors will accept bad deals to get a quick sale to get paid but that was not the case with Alicia. Through the stressful times Alicia was always in my corner answering any questions 24/7 honestly and quick to point out potential issues. If it were not for Alicia I can honestly admit I would not be in my home that I love and got an amazing deal on especially in today's market. If you're looking for a trustworthy, patient, professional realtor i would highly recommend Alicia Webb. I have had an amazing adventure with Alicia as my realtor and can not thank her enough for finding me my dream home. I will be requesting her again in the very near future for an investment property.

I recently worked with Alicia in searching and purchasing vacation property in beautiful North Georgia. Alicia had been very helpful and informative and made my search of the huge area more efficient and successful. She objectively presented pros and cons of each property and knew how to locate and identify properties in the areas without street numbers or landmarks, which would be difficult to me. After the property fitting my criteria had been identified, she also made the price negotiation and purchase paperwork a breeze. I enjoyed working with Alicia and would warmly recommend her to anyone who needs real estate professional in the area.
