As a born and raised resident of Sonoma County, Alissa’s greatest passion is to help others deepen their roots in this beautiful place she calls home. As she explores what home transaction will be the best fit for her clients, her first priority will be to take the time to listen and understand what clients hopes, desires and needs are when it comes to buying a new home or listing a current home. Her extensive contract knowledge and negotiating skills have enabled her to build the right relationships where they matter most. Her goal is to create a culture of trust where clients feel confident allowing her to safely and securely assist clients on their biggest and most important decisions while eliminating any added stress to them during the process. Her relationship with clients doesn’t end when they close their escrow. Clients will forever be a friend, client and new neighbor.

Her career started off as a paralegal shortly after college. A few years into her career as a paralegal, she began working in the Title and Escrow services field before obtaining her real estate license. Combining her legal and real estate background with the marketing programs offered at Compass has given her a solid knowledge base and a leading edge when it comes to providing you the most up to date and knowledgeable services available.

She prides herself on keeping up with the latest real estate trends, changes and opportunities. She attends weekly real estate meetings in order to maintain her relationships with other real estate professionals in the area. Her two children attend schools in the county so they will often see her at local sporting events, community events or out enjoying the beauty of the countryside.
