Alina Blandon

In 2021 Alina moved from Rancho Cucamonga, California to North Carolina after attending San Jose State University to get her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at San Jose State University. Alina first landed in Ft. Bragg, NC where she worked as a transaction coordinator while working on getting her real estate license. During her time in Ft. Bragg she truly enjoyed working with Veterans and their family’s buy and sell their homes. In March of 2022, Alina fell in love with Wilmington after spending one vacation weekend in town and decided to make the move. Just like many people who visit the area once and decide on moving here, she saw all of the opportunity that South Eastern North Carolina has to offer, from its miles of pristine beaches to its growing community full of friendly and welcoming people. Alina’s background in business administration has given her the tools needed to be devoted to her clients and do whatever it takes to make their buying or selling process as seamless as possible. Alina would say that her strong suits are that she is a great listener, is motivated, and puts her clients first. On Alina’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and Dalmatian named Lou. Her favorite things in the area to do are go to the beach, ride horses, and eat out at the local restaurants.
