When it comes time to buy or sell, we highly recommend Alina Gorsuch. Our family recently decided to sell our vacation home in Wisconsin Dells. Choosing the right realtor when you live far away can be a hit or miss proposition. We choose wisely with Alina. Her knowledge of the area and sales experience made all the difference. Example, having requested a market analysis from three different realtor agents, her feedback and assessment let us know right away she was on top of her game and would be our best bet or achieve our goal. From the staging of our home to the pictures it was priced to sell, and higher than initially thought, and under contract within two days. Throughout the entire process Alina was involved, responsive, adaptable, and handled all the myriad of details required to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. Our family was very grateful we selected Alina from the start - and we were rewarded for that decision by closing within 35 days from start to finish. My wife and I were very lucky having Alina at our side in our hunting for a property for sale in the Counties of Columbia, Adams, and Juneau.
