There are competent realtors, and then there are excellent ones—and she is definitely in the latter category. When it comes time to buy or sell, we highly recommend Alina Gorsuch. Our family recently decided to sell our vacation home in Wisconsin Dells. Choosing the right realtor when you live far away can be a hit or miss proposition. We choose wisely with Alina. Her knowledge of the area and sales experience made all the difference. Example, having requested a market analysis from three different realtor agents, her feedback and assessment let us know right away she was on top of her game and would be our best bet or achieve our goal. From the staging of our home to the pictures it was priced to sell, and higher than initially thought, and under contract within two days.
