She is a joy to have on your team. She makes the selling process seamless and you absolutely know she has your back. Alina, is a very good realtor not only to be part of helping you get you house but she will make sure you are happy with the process and the final decision. Alina is no about selling a house but making sure her clients that during time became part of her circle of friends gets the warning house of their happiness.

Alina is the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. I was in the market to buy a house in September 2021 in the heat of housing buying frenzy. A good house didn't last 24 hours and an average house 48 hours on the market. Plenty of 100% cash offers and no due diligence deals which I wasn't comfortable making as a first home buyer.

Alina worked with me and my wife throughout the process. We saw around 80 different houses over 3 months. We were seeing at least 4-5 houses every weekend, some weekends more. And we finally found a perfect house for us.

Alina went above and beyond and send an email to the seller's agent leaving comments about how my wife and I appreciated the way the homeowner took care of their house and yard. It made a difference where the seller decided to go with us even though our offer was slightly lower than 4 other offers with due diligence.

We've been happily living in our house since Feb 2022 and we can't be more happy with the decision. This home has been a great gathering place for our friends and family and a haven for my wife and me. Thank you Alina!
