About Alisa

Born and raised in California, Alisa DeZee has lived and worked in some of the most dynamic and beautiful places in the country. Her passion for real estate has always been in her blood. She grew up in Cupertino, the heart of Silicon Valley, where her parents developed and invested in real estate in the Bay Area.

After graduating from Santa Clara University, Alisa moved to Southern California and enjoyed coaching her daughter’s competitive cheerleading squad, acting as the art docent at her son’s school, and playing in a competitive women’s tennis league. At the same time, she began building her own successful real estate portfolio, embracing all parts of the process such as identifying properties, negotiating the purchase, securing financing, overseeing remodeling projects, and managing tenants which has allowed her to develop the skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities that serving her clients requires.

Ten years later, Alisa moved back up north to the breath-taking Carmel by the Sea. While she continued to play competitive tennis, being surrounded by the most famous golf courses in the world, she began to play golf as well. Since her arrival, Alisa has looked for opportunities to give back to her community by volunteering in the schools and local charities and by donating a portion of every commission she makes to local organizations supporting children and the elderly. As a licensed real estate broker, she assists her clients who are buying and selling in the fast-paced Silicon Valley as well as those seeking a part-time retreat or full-time sanctuary in the exquisite neighborhoods of Carmel, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, and Monterey.

Alisa is proud to say that her dedication to excellent service and genuine care for her clients' best interests has resulted in friendships which continue long after the sale has closed. By earning the trust of her clients and exceeding their expectations, Alisa’s clients refer her with confidence to their family, friends, and colleagues.
