Alisha is EVERYTHING AND MORE!!!! If I could purchase 10,000 properties from her I would. My process was a little different because I had to sell property from my aunts estate. Alisha is very transparent and extremely knowledgeable about the probate process with regards to real estate! I knew nothing and went in blind and felt peace about trusting her COMPLETELY with my aunts affairs. Everything she shared and recommended that I do to get my aunts house to sell quickly WORKED! I’m still in disbelief what just occurred! Alisha is a true gem and GENIUS! I will forever be grateful to her carrying the burden for me during this process and making this process as stress free as possible! My husband and I were interested in purchasing a home, and I was browsing through Facebook. I came across the name Alisha Allen. I reached out to her within days, we were discussing her becoming our Realtor. One of the best decisions we could’ve made. Through trials and triumphs, we went from being under contract to no longer having a contract. Due to the pandemic, but Alisha remained by our side. She continued to motivate us and encourage us that our time would come. When God gives you a test, you must remain humble. Then here we go again, browsing the market for homes. The market was busy as ever and nothing seemed to go right. But my Awesome Realtor Alisha lead us to TruHomes, we go under contract the exact same day. Alisha made every appointment, met with my husband and I for every meeting. Ensuring we were not misled in any type of way. In 6 months our new construction home was completed. A couple of months after moving into our new home, I reached out to Alisha advising her that I wanted to sell our previous home. When I say she’s Great at what she does, please believe me. Our home was on the market for four days, then boom. We’re under contract to sell it. Within in two weeks our home was sold, and closed thanks to Alisha. I would recommend her to anyone, because there’s not a task that she can’t get done. I’m forever grateful and thankful for her services. Alisha’s Moto means well, because she is (Deberry best).

As a first time home buyer, I really didn’t know what I was supposed to do, or how to go about doing it. I knew Alisha was a realtor, and giving her a phone call was the best decision I could have made. She is so knowledgeable of the home buying process that it’s ridiculous.
