About Alisha

Originally from the Midwest, I grew up in Iowa- but have called southern Alabama home for the last 14 years. I am married and blessed with 3 children ranging in ages from 25 to 10! I love country music, morning coffees, salty toes, and SEC Football. My passions include helping anyone in need, and I hold a particularly special place in my heart for United States Vets and Animal Rescue.

Of the 14 years I have been in the south, I have been groomed in Real Estate by some of Baldwin County's top Brokers. In addition to my Real Estate License, I also hold degrees in both Professional Photography and Marketing. With over 14 years of Real Estate marketing under my belt, I understand what it takes to get your listing in front of the widest and most appropriate audience. I am an expert in marketing real estate listings and keep my finger on the pulse of the daily changes in today's digitally charged world.

I also enjoy working with buyer's, and have a special affinity for first time home buyers. I have a wealth of knowledge and connections in assisting buyers with all types of financial situations- and find it especially gratifying when I am able to help someone's dreams of home-ownership come true!

We worked with Alisha on the selling of our house on West Beach Blvd in gulf Shores. She was a delight to work with, offering suggestions on the house, keeping on informed of potential purchasers and always providing the feedback from walk throughs. We would definitely us her again should we ever wish to sell or purchase another house.
