We are looking to retire to the Asheville area from Massachusetts. Our daughter also wants to live closer to us, sharing the property to build her own house/business. We have a pretty particular "want" and "must have" list. Zoning, size, topography, access and location etc. Alisha and Jess have been great about working around our schedule, even if it is a last minute trip. Very knowledgeable about the different counties, which is huge when going into an area you know nothing about. Alisha has walked through properties while showing us on face-time or zoom when it sounded like it might be a good fit for us, but we could not get down in time to see it. Responds to every email. Over the years we have worked with lots of different realtors. Alisha is at the top of our list for her enthusiasm, commitment and endless energy.
