Ms.Alisha is wonderful, dedicated, and great to take along on such a stressful but blessed journey such as looking for a home. Ms. Alisha worked with me every time, I started the process even when I put it on the back burner at times and decided to wait. When we were finally ready she took Chuck and I, out and put the best offers in anyone could, she fought for us, but most of all she was real with us about every property. She wasn’t just in it for a commission! She wanted us to get the best deal we could while getting everything our hearts desired. Alisha's word is her bond. She did an assessment of my late father's property to determine its resale value. She explained the value can be higher with some renovations. When I looked at homes comparable to my father's, the value was equal or greater. I decided not to sell the home to honor my late father's wishes. Alisha remained professional through it all.
