She made both experiences efficient and painless, we even referred her to my parents whom she also helped in finding a home. Alison Green went above and beyond any expectation I could have for a realtor. She showed properties to my husband and I over a 30 mile radius to help narrow down the perfect location and home for our family. She was incredibly patient, knowledgable, professional and efficient as well as personable and pleasant to work with. She was even amazing with our kiddos as we have no family in the area so they were along for many of the showings. Not only did she work hard to narrow down the best location for us as well as find exactly what we were looking for in a home, she had the additional obstacle of doing so during a pandemic. Alison also coached us to prep our home for showings, advised us well on a listing price and offered to help in any way to list in a timely manner. Because of her guidance and expertise, we accepted an offer within 12 hours of listing. We couldn't be happier. Although we plan to stay put, we would certainly ask for her help again.
