Alison Sanders

In 2003, Alison and father-in-law, Steve, co-founded Sanders Beach Rentals. In that role, she had the privilege of a front row seat to experience the explosive growth of the Watercolor Resort community, along with other enclaves along highway 30A and beyond. While launching Sanders Beach Rentals, Alison also served her community as an educator in the public school system. In 2009, she stepped away from professional life for a season and found immense joy in her most cherished role: that of mom to four beautiful children. Today, Alison is thrilled to be back working alongside Sanders Beach Rentals with a focus on real estate sales at Sanders Beach Realty co-founded with her husband of 19 years, Stephen.

Alison’s love for people, her extraordinary work ethic, and her extensive knowledge of the 30A/Emerald Coast real estate markets make her uniquely equipped to serve her clients well. With Alison, what begins as a business relationship often flourishes into a valued friendship that endures far beyond closing day.

Alison is a graduate of the University of Alabama and Samford University. She lives in Destin with her husband and their four children. In her spare time, you will find her spending time together with her family, which is her most favorite activity of all!
