Alissa is AMAZING! She has gone above and beyond for us. We are buying a home 2,000 miles away, sight unseen. She took the time to thoroughly go through the home while we were on a video call (tip: if you have a smart phone and TV, cast your phone to the TV so you and your family can watch together on the big screen). She met us in person when we flew out to see the house and was so sweet, watching our 3 year old so we could talk to the builder. She's meeting our contractors there to get measurements for various projects, to let them in so we can get the house ready for move in. Alissa is so very kind, and totally on the ball. She apologized for taking 45 minutes to return my call on an evening after 5pm! She's prompt on returning all emails and phone calls as well as texts, which are copious, especially if doing a remote move. Best of all, I found her by good fortune through realtor. com and they offer a rebate on your purchase price after closing if you go through them. I'd use her a million times over, rebate or not! She's made the process of buying a home practically with your smart phone easy, quick and stress free. We love her! Thanks, Alissa.
