My husband and I bought a property from Alla that we were forced to sell only months later under duress. Alla vetted prospective buyers so well that we were never dealing with unqualified buyers and for that I was very thankful.

Alla completely got me, understood the situation--had to move for work, now living a day's car ride away, yet want to sell to someone who also loves the house, she is realistic but also sensitive, and brought the right person in a matter of only a few weeks. did i say i'd already tried two other agents, six months contract with each? she's a find!

As a first time home owner, it's hard finding a place you'll like and a realtor that's unbiased and patient (we are indecisive at times).
She's very professional, calm and direct. She doesn't try to sell you a place, she understands and narrows the listings based on what you want.
If something isn't right with a place or neighborhood, she'll let you know so you can make good decisions.

I lived in NJ for most of my life, it's a bit crowded so I recently moved to Sullivan county.
