Allan Pelaez

Broker Allan Pelaez was born in Costa Rica and raised in Miami. He studied at Miami Dade College and Florida International University where he graduated cum laude. He has been a realtor since 2003, receiving multiple accolades including Top Listing Agent and Top Selling Agent during his time at Keyes Realty. However, he considers helping countless families fulfill their lifelong dream of owning a house his biggest professional accomplishment. As a realtor Allan prides himself on being patient, compassionate, and truly listening to customer needs and wants. In 2018, he started his own boutique brokerage firm named in honor of his mentor at Keyes, Rosa Nell Hammer. Hammer Realty is founded on Allan's passion for providing extra value that larger firms may not, including personalized services, attention to detail, and motivation. In his free time, he enjoys sports, grilling at home, and dining out.
