Allen was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Allen attended the University of the Incarnate Word where he obtained his bachelors and master's degree in Business Administration. Allen pursued a career with the Department of Family and Protective Services to help people be protective and provide safe environments, which showed him how important the homes of people and real estate go hand and hand and play an important role in the community.
