With over 20 years of experience as a Real Estate broker and 4 years as designated broker/owner of Timberwolf Real Estate, LLC combined with another 20 years of corporate management and marketing experience I've been able to concentrate on my negotiation skills for the better part of my professional career. My focus is very narrow being the sole owner and broker for my firm and as such I am able to give very dedicated attention to the few clients that I carefully choose to represent, and I primarily serve those clients as a listing agent. I also keep most of my business restricted to the immediate greater Leavenworth, Washington area so that I can truly be an expert in property values and trends, as I closely monitor the pulse of the local real estate market.
