Alan went above and beyond to work through several problem areas to get our property closed in a reasonable time period. He worked with the seller to get problems solved and with us, the buyers, to get an out-of-state transaction to close smoothly. He was very professional and helpful. The business relationship transformed into a friendship with him and his lovely wife that we hope to enjoy for many years.

Outstanding experience and follow-up.

My wife and I are new to South Bend and Allen spent a lot of time helping us learn about areas in the county and also IN real-estate law. We have owned six homes in four states. This one fits us so well it is one of our top two!!

On top of helping us find a great home, Allen helped resolve a tax issue. Last spring we learned that one half of out taxes hadn't been paid by the past owners. The fault was the closing company's. Allen made sure they paid taxes due as well as past due charges.

We would highly recommend Allen for anyone purchasing a home in the area.

We’ve experienced Allen Grace’s excellent service on both sides of the housing equation: in 2018 as a buyer and just last month as a seller. He was always available to assist and went far beyond the call of duty as an agent in helping us as his clients. We’ve never actually met him in person, as we were living out of state for both transactions, but we have no reservations whatsoever regarding his real estate knowledge and expertise, people skills, and integrity.
