I had the opportunity to work with Allison on an agent to agent level. She had clients moving from Wallingford, CT down here to Texas. It can be hard sometimes to find a great agent to work referrals with, but her expertise of the area and years in the business really made her a stand out choice. From the beginning, she was in constant communication with me through every step of the process! The house looked amazing and sold very quickly! My husband and I have been looking for a home since before Covid. For over five years, we have worked with many agents and offered on plenty of houses in this horrible market, always losing out. This last house we looked at, we instantly fell in love. Allison was the agent who finally made our dream come true. She is everything you could want in an agent- savvy, patient, a great advocate, and will NOT pressure you to do anything you are uncomfortable with. She is also very genuine, a trait that is unfortunately rare for those in her line of work. I know that we would have never gotten this house without her guidance and expertise. Another thing, once the sale is final, she really has no further obligation, yet she still reached out to see how things were going, if we needed anything or had any questions for the sellers, etc. She went above and beyond for us and we are eternally grateful for her!

Allie was amazing to work with. She just helped me buy my house and I am so grateful. I think one of the things I appreciate most about her is that she was so honest with me about pros and cons of each house and dug for more information when necessary. I always got the feeling that she really wanted to see me to get into one that was the right fit. She really listened to my non negotiables and always jumped to meet me to go look at a house, even on really short notice. I appreciated everything about this process because of her.

Allie helped my husband and I purchase our first home. We're newer to the CT area and didn't have a super clear idea of what we wanted. Allie was super patient as we tried to determine what kind of housing we wanted and what was most important on our "must haves" list. It has taken us WAY too long to leave this review of Allison, but it is due and deserved. Allie, as we know her by, has been our go-to realtor for 7 years now and helped us purchase our first home, now recently sold and our new home that we closed on a few weeks ago.

Allison was not only someone who always made sure that we remembered our boundaries while emotions ran wild searching for homes, but she also always found ways to keep us sane and in a realistic mental capacity while navigating a chaotic market place in 2021.

Somehow, she was able to help us sell our first home and purchase our second home for a much larger family at the same time while we literally faced every obstacle possible from low appraisals, to inspection items, to buyers that asked for us to do something out of agreement on an almost weekly basis.

I worked with Allison while I was stationed overseas. Allison was AMAZING!!!Any problem I had she had a fix for. For example I was referred to a loan officer by a friend that turned out being terrible and put me in a really bad spot, or so I thought. I told Allison about it and she had the problem fixed and with a competent and professional loan officer with in 24 hours. Any questions I had she would answer and furthermore when I described what I was looking for she was very empathetic and really listened.
