From reviewing comps and making tough pricing recommendations thru to negotiations to clear objections, she navigates the journey--especially appreciated by this out-of-town seller. Her Web-based contract and other form-signing streamlines the system. The MLS appointment and feedback set up is frustrating since most showing realtors don't follow up. Her support staff is exceptional. My condo had a signed offer in 5 months and 4 days, and the sale was completed in 6 months--vs 27 months for a comparable unit in the same complex.

01/20/2014 Helped me sell a home We interviewed several brokers to arrange the sale of our condo, and were most impressed with Allison Simson. She is knowledgeable and forthright in her suggestions to pretty up the place for presentation. She arranged several showings even though the place was rented for much of the time it was on the market. A buyer came forward within a couple of months, and although the ultimate price was a little below our expectations, it was within our range. Her staff was very efficient and easy to work with. We are pleased with the results.
