Allyson Sullivan of Christies Int. Real Estate is a patient, honest, informed, and caring agent who works hard for her clients. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences. She was prompt to return calls and messages. It was my first time buying a condo and Allyson patiently explained the processes and gave helpful advice. She showed me a number of listings after asking me about my preferences and narrowed my search to several properties. I was able to find the one I eventually bought quickly and easily.

Allyson has lots of knowledge regarding mortgage brokers and other resources. When my bank, after approving my mortgage, changed its rules, Allyson provided a mortgage company she had worked with, and my mortgage was quickly approved. Similarly, she recommended a local real estate attorney who was easy to deal with and very reasonable. Everything went smoothly, thanks to Allyson. In summary, she helped me find the home that was right for me, at an affordable price, and made the whole process a lot easier for me, a first-time buyer.

Allyson was great -- very professional, knowledgeable and such a nice person. She really listened and made us feel very comfortable in all interactions. She was responsive, often answering texts and calls on weekends late nights and even on vacation! She really went above and beyond for my family and I would definitely recommend her and would work with her gain. Her efforts were very much appreciated!

Allyson was a pleasure to work with. I’m a social worker who enlisted her help in finding an apartment for a disabled adult who would be receiving a subsidy. This was a tedious process but Allyson never gave up. She was responsive, patient and put her heart into finding the perfect apartment. I would highly recommend working with Allyson!

Allyson was fantastic in helping us find a new house. She was patient as we figured out what we wanted and there for us every step of the way.

Our situation could have been very stressful - we had a house to sell which sold much quicker than we imagined and as such had a bit of a ticking clock to find a new house. Allyson was really terrific at keeping us sane! It’s easy to miss things when you’re under pressure. Allyson kept laser-focused on what was best for our family, she was always in our corner. I can’t say enough how important that was. We felt very supported and trusted her implicitly.

I would highly recommend Allyson - she is smart, organized, thorough and extremely professional. She is a great person and a great real estate agent!
