Altavia was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very patient and understanding with us because we weren’t sure of which neighborhood we wanted to live in. She was always quick to respond whenever I called or texted. There was a time when I was stressed about my loan process and she assured me everything was going to be fine and if it wasn’t we’ll work through it. Altavia truly had our best interest at heart. Being a first time homebuyer, Altavia made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She made buying my first home happen in exactly three weeks: from the first day we put in the offer to the day we close. Altavia is just amazing at what she does.
