I can not say anything but good things about Alvin Steinberg and his team at Coldwell Banker. We began looking for a home in Incline Village, NV 2 1/2 years ago. Alvin stuck with us through all the trails and tribulations of buying a home in this market. Alvin was always professional and patient. He has an superlative knowledge of the Incline Village area and has decades of experience and perspective to draw from. We found found him to be the consummate professional. Alvin took the time to assess our real estate interests and goals. He was patient throughout the whole viewing and selection process. With his vast knowledge of the area he was able to focus our tours to houses that were appropriate for us. Once we settled on the house, Alvin displayed his skills and expertise in the negotiation process. We always felt that he was our agent, with our best interests in mind, and as his number one goal.
