Aly McGinnis

Aly McGinnis recently joined Realty Exchange in 2014. She is a West Virginia native and was raised in Milton, WV. She is married to Ben McGinnis with four children, two daughters, and two sons. Aly is also a proud graduate of Marshall University, where she obtained her B.A. in Elementary Education. Aly actively worked in the public school system for many years before becoming a realtor, working with at-risk students as a reading interventionist and a developmental specialist for WV Birth to Three. However, her underlying passion for homes could not be denied, Aly appreciates everything from the design to the foundation of any home. Therefore, she underwent a conversion in careers and obtained her WV realtor’s license just two years ago. Already justifying her switch to the real estate profession; Aly’s involvement, interpersonal skills, and love for houses have led her to much success. She combines her years of experience in education to listen to her clients’ needs, ask questions to clarify those needs, and works hard to deliver them to the highest level of service and responsiveness. “It is my goal to guide my clients through the process of buying or selling a home and give them the assurance that their needs are being attended to at every step,” -Aly McGinnis.
