Alyssa Key

Alyssa Key has a very design-focused professional background which has accumulated many skills over the past 22 years, ranging from renovating, buying, selling, and restoring the designs and uniqueness of her own historical properties (including an old church turned into a wedding chapel), to running a successful New York based fashion label for over a decade with its own retail stores and global wholesale distribution, to working as a design and marketing project manager in her early 20's. Her experiences have built not only an impressive portfolio, but also an array of skills that she is now sharing with her customers and clients. Her true passion is breathing life back into historical properties and creating spaces which can be lived in and loved on, all while her greatest knack is sirening amazing properties at amazing prices.
Alyssa also runs a series of Airbnb’s and owns a few beautiful tenant-occupied multi-unit buildings throughout Historic Riverside and Avondale. Even in her own transactions she has worn all hats: buyer of residential, seller of residential, buyer of commercial, seller of commercial, renovator, vacation rental host, and property owner. She oversees projects and must deal with contractors, subcontractors, permitting, and the city, on a regular basis. The teams which she has by her side have all been carefully curated, and with that same curation, is why she chose Cowford to hang her license and continue to build the "& Design" in the "Cowford Realty" name.
In her home life, Alyssa raises her two wild and loving toddler sons, and fosters infants, alongside her wonderful husband, soulmate, and best friend Sam.
Sometimes, she even sleeps.
