Amanda goes above and beyond for her clients! My husband and I were blessed to have Amanda to assist us in finding a home in 2019.
She went to battle for us a few times for us to find the perfect home at the right price and she more than succeeded. I would recommend Amanda to anyone that is in need of finding some real estate!

Amanda Bennett is a competent, creative, conscientious, and caring realtor. Competent: As a seller, Amanda guided me through the entire process--giving expert advice; using her cadre of contacts to beautifully photograph my house, showcase features, and suggest essential repairs; as well as monitoring and assisting with all negotiations, requirements and accompanying paperwork, and so much more. Creative: Amanda engaged in constant problem solving as well as designing and implementing creative strategies to sell my house--developing eye-catching web pages with enticing details; using informative videos, flyers, neighborhood home visits, open houses, and so much more. Conscientious: Amanda always went far and beyond normal expectations--following up leads; quickly responding to calls, emails, and texts from me and potential buyers, and so much more. Caring: Amanda not only sold my house, she gave me pep talks along the journey, assuaged my fears and anxieties, and comfortably guided me through each step, and so much more. Amanda Bennett is a sweet soul. She helped my wife and I find our home and walked us through all the technical details. But she also managed all the stress and emotions through the whole process. In another life she could've be a counselor or a therapist. She kept us from making impulsive decisions, managed our negotiations, and found us a home that met all of our priorities (on budget!)

Big thanks to Amanda Bennet! This review is long overdue. Homeownership keeps you busy!

My wife and I bought our home in May 2021. Being a first time buyer, my general impression of the process was pejorative. Having Amanda, the Caffeinated Realtor, in our corner washed my concerns away. We told her how much space we needed, what we liked, and she was on the hunt. Within 24 hours she had a list of places for us to check out. We fell in love with the first one.

We were in our new home within 3-4 weeks! Amanda was extremely attentive and informative, answering any emails or phone calls promptly. The process was a breeze and we still love our home 2 years later. We love you Amanda!

Amanda Bennett hands down was the best person we could have asked to be our realtor. We’ve never bought a home before and she truly took us under her wing and went above and beyond for us and constantly fought for us to have the best deal and made sure everything was black and white for us so we understood everything we were getting into. She answered our questions day and night and even two years later she’s still answering our questions, LOL! We always joke and refer to her as our realtor mom. Because that’s how comfortable she makes you feel. We always know we’re in good hands with her!

Amanda made my purchase of a home from out of state very easy for me. She began by asking detailed questions about my home and location preferences and immediately provided properties. She scheduled all of my home tours around my schedule when I was in town for business. She even used her extensive local contacts to get me into a house that wasn't even on the market! When I did settle on a house, she provided a lender that gave me a better rate than my bank, scheduled non-typical inspections at my request, handled administrative details with the city on my behalf while I was out of town and had the house cleaned professionally before I moved in. Her and her team's attention to detail resulted in an exceptionally fast and worry free purchase from offer to closing. She has still made herself available after the closing to answer my questions (I'm new to the area) and still responds immediately to my inquiries. This has been an excellent experience and I could not be happier. If you work with her, you have chosen well!
