The Denver Market is a ever changing market from the Slow to the Fast and I have worked successfully through each. I close over $26 million in Sales Volume every year closing 60 transactions. I am currently ranked #9 individually in RE/MAX Mountain states which puts me in the Chairmans Club for the last 2 years this is the top 1% of the RE/MAX organization. I am ranked #2 in the individual agents in RE/MAX Alliance which is the #1 RE/MAX Franchise in the world with over 850 agents in 22 offices through out the Front Range. I am also ranked #8 in Denver individually for the amount of transactions out of all licensed Realtors. I work hard for everyone of my clients!

I an unique in my approach to selling my listings. I stage all my listings with a combination of my sellers furniture and staging items we own. Currently I we own approx 80k in furniture and decorating items. I provide this service as part of my standard commission as I feel that if a home is presented well, marketed well, it is less time on the market. This normally means a higher net to my Seller with multiple offers.

Originally from Australia, I incorporate the “Down Under” fun, honesty and straight forward approach with my extensive knowledge of the Denver and Boulder Real Estate markets. Prior to Real Estate, I was involved with the Fashion and Interior Design industry in Australia. I like to combine both these fields with Real Estate to help my clients discover all the possibilities a home may have to offer.
