Due to tight time restraints, we booked a last minute flight to Georgia to find a house and Amanda cleared her schedule for us (when given a one hour heads up) to help us find a home. She instantly started clearing her schedule to prioritize our flight in. Amanda was our realtor when we purchased our home, and when selling it during our move. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. When we bought the house, I was 7 months pregnant and we had a 1 year old. My husband was deployed overseas so it was up to me to find and buy the house. Amanda made that entire process stress free and easy. She found us a house with all of our preferences and requirements, down to the type of stove top I wanted. She was patient and genuinely cared about finding us the right home. Even after closing, she sent us holiday cards and even a pumpkin pie one year, for Thanksgiving.

Now years later, we are moving to Oregon and selling our house. We were able to leave for Oregon the moment we packed everything. Amanda had everything done within a few weeks. She coordinated everything to get the house ready and her connections to local businesses allowed us to get things done very quickly. All we had to do was sign a few things. I trust her advice and guidance through the buying and selling process. She completely understood the needs of my family and targeted listings to our needs. She has been resourceful with preparing our home for listing and has taken so much off of our very full plates. I’m not sure how this super woman does it, but she’s amazing.

Amanda is exactly what you want in a realtor. She started out by getting to know us and what we were looking for, and a timeline. From there she started narrowing down our search. She knows the area so we’ll and was able to find the PERFECT place for us to make a home during a housing dry spell. 10/10 would recommend! My husband and I first met Mrs. Fiebig a few years ago when we requested a showing of a house that she was selling for her clients. At that time the house just wasn’t the right fit for us and we thanked her and moved on. We had given Amanda our information and she let us know we could contact her in the future if we needed.

From that moment on Amanda never missed a beat. Whether it was a birthday, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, or even something special that she noticed in our lives, she reached out with love and kindness. She showed us that she truly cared about our family and our happiness.

When my husband and I came across our dream home years later, I knew who I would call. She immediately got us into the home and was very upfront about how many offers the home already had. We let her know that we were interested and she got to work. Not only did she hustle to get us our dream home but she also then turned around and sold our old home in no time for a great price.

Since then she continues to reach out to our family with love and always adds her special touch and thoughtfulness to everything she does for us.

I cannot say enough about Mrs. Fiebig and the way she carries out her business and cares about her clients. We recommend her to all of our friends and to anyone who is need of a realtor.
