Amanda is very knowledgeable about the local area and was very helpful during our house hunting process this year. As a military family searching for your home in a different state is very stressful. Due to tight time restraints, we booked a last minute flight to Georgia to find a house and Amanda cleared her schedule for us (when given a one hour heads up) to help us find a home. She instantly started clearing her schedule to prioritize our flight in. She was able to assist us find our home, and also was extremely detailed oriented in her walk through of the house since we were currently in another state. Listed on a Sunday and selling contract signed on the following Tuesday. Amanda was our realtor when we purchased our home, and when selling it during our move. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. When we bought the house, I was 7 months pregnant and we had a 1 year old. My husband was deployed overseas so it was up to me to find and buy the house. Amanda made that entire process stress free and easy. She found us a house with all of our preferences and requirements, down to the type of stove top I wanted. She was patient and genuinely cared about finding us the right home. Even after closing, she sent us holiday cards and even a pumpkin pie one year, for Thanksgiving.

Now years later, we are moving to Oregon and selling our house. We were able to leave for Oregon the moment we packed everything. Amanda had everything done within a few weeks. She coordinated everything to get the house ready and her connections to local businesses allowed us to get things done very quickly. All we had to do was sign a few things. She found a buyer the same day it became available! We wanted to close before a certain date on a very tight deadline...no problem. Selling our home in Perry with Amanda Fiebig has been a wonderful experience. We began the selling process just as we were leaving for vacation. We felt confident, as we left town for the week, that our home was in trusted hands. Amanda kept us informed when need to be and also allowed us the space we needed while on vacation.
