I have bought and sold many properties and Amanda Gunter is as good as any realtor I have ever worked with. The purchase was multi million dollar with a two week close and a bad seller. Amanda navigated the rough waters will skill and diplomacy to keep a volatile deal on track. Plus the title company blew the prelim. Amanda worked with another company to get the prelim worked out in 3 days which allowed the close to happen on schedule. Amanda also scheduled each of the inspections and met them on the site to insure the work was done. Her after close follow up is exceptional. I will use no one but Amanda for any other property transactions I have in Nevada. She has many more attributes than a good personality and charm.

As a first-time home seller, Amanda’s attention and service was extraordinary. She went above and beyond to ensure that my house was ready to sell before we put it on the market. She was available at all hours to answer any questions and solve any problems. When my fireplace needed to be fixed during my work hours, she waited for the repairman, so I didn’t have to take time off work. She walked me through the escrow process and made sure I was comfortable each step of the way. I felt very confident in her ability to sell my house – and there was an offer that I accepted in less than a week.

Amanda was fantastic throughout the process. She consistently went above and beyond my expectations. I recently relocated to Reno. The first time we met, Amanda showed me around Reno and educated me about the local market and the neighborhoods. She provided me with all the resources that I needed to make the right decision. When I came into town to house hunt before I moved here, Amanda spent the entire weekend showing me houses. Ultimately, I ended up with a great property at the right price. The difference between a good and great real estate agent is like night and day. Unfortunately, we learned this the hard way. But fortunately, we met Amanda and she was nothing but amazing in helping us sell our home within our target timeframe. Amanda is not only knowledgeable about the local real estate market, but her diligence, efficiency, and hard work impressed us incredibly. On top of all that, Amanda is also an incredibly nice person and we are very happy to have met her.
