I had my home in West Dennis, Ma. on the market for a year with a very non responsive realtor. It is a very nice house completely rebuilt 5 years ago. We had exactly 4 showings and zero offers. Very disappointing.
Then we went with Amanda Howey from Re/Max. She responded in a timely manner from the first day. She had over 20 showings and we had it sold within 2 months. She bent over backwards for us from getting us a real estate attorney to even setting up the necessary smoke alarm inspection (My wife and I were in Florida).
In short, Amanda Howey is an aggressive realtor who we very highly recommend. We could not have been happier.

Amanda is extremely familiar with the Cape Cod real estate market. Our search was primarily focused on the mid-Cape area, especially within Dennisport. She was able to provide excellent information regarding recent sales, potential rental values, and market trends. Additionally, she helped us work with a property which was being sold by its owner which introduced its own set of challenges. She is a very good choice for those interested in the Cape Cod real estate market.

We didn't know any Realtors in the area so we were referred to Amanda by a friend. We were very fortunate.

Our purchase of our house started out, as most things do, all on the right track.
As the deal progressed the difficulties with an arrogant, underinformed seller, and a difficult sellers agent became a serious issue.
Amanda was able to navigate the stormy waters, steer us on the right path, all the while keeping us well informed of any and all developments.
We are extremely happy with our end result. I am unsure it would have been possible without the perseverance and professionalism that Amanda exhibited.

Amanda was our seller realtor for our home in DennisPort Aug 2020. When we started discussions Amanda suggested we list for 40k more than we suggested. She sold our home for that 40k more. Enough said..........she brought the value we expect from our realtor.
