Amanda Hunt from KRCH Realty did a property appraisal for us as a referral of Crist Miller of MB Realty in Garrettsville, who was a referral of Tom Hall from Coldwell Banker in Streetsboro. She was immediately available and offered to call and ask Crist Miller if he could carpool with her at noon, so my husband could meet them both at noon, instead of 1 at noon, and the other who was previously scheduled at 4:30 for that same day! How incredibly thoughtful and time saving was that? She was both professional and kind and put together a very reasonably priced appraisal in just 2 days! Talk about teamwork, there was no "I" in this team! Your efforts were SO appreciated by us!
