Working with Amanda has been a pleasure from the start! She listened when we described exactly what we were looking for. Her knowledge of the area along with her patience led us to the home that is perfect for us. She is extremely familiar with the area having grown up here and is well versed in all of the aspects of buying and selling a home. My biggest complement is that she did such a wonderful job representing us in the purchase of our home that I have continued my relationship with her as the agent selling my condo. Absolutely the best realtor ever. Listen intently to us and made sure our purchase of our new home was as stress free as possible. Answered all of our question, of which there were many and was was upfront in keeping us well informed from picking out our home to closing ! Cant say enough good things ! I've known Amanda for a very long time, all the way back to High School. She is a wonderful, caring, professional, SUPER-WOMAN. Since the beginning of this journey she put her heart ❤ into finding a home for my mother. My mother lived over in Columbus County about an hr away. I needed her closer to me down in Sunset Beach. She has some medical issues that I have to address daily. As soon as I picked up the phone to call Amanda she was on the job like it was her mother we were finding a home for. We called her all times of the day. Asking silly, crazy questions over n over? Amanda always answered the phone and was very helpful. If she didn't know the answer she found out in a timely manner. Amanda Lamb is the only realtor that I will ever recommend. There isn't even money to repay her && her husband for what they done for my family && me.
