Amanda and her team went above and beyond my expectations!!! We went from "casually browsing" listings to making an offer overnight and Amanda was there every step of the way (even with a flashlight for our late night showings). OH, and it only took a few hours before we got the call of an accepted offer!!! Amanda's professionalism, connections in the community, and her genuinely joyful personality make it a no brainer to use her for real estate needs. As a buyer, she made it so easy and stress free. As a seller, she exceeded my expectations even more (didn't even realize that would be possible)! Her photo system, knowledge of pricing/comps, relationships with other agents, and the ability to down right make it ALL happen...I recommend Amanda and her team with the highest praise. Amanda and her team were absolutely fantastic. After being on the market for 6 months we decided to hit a restart. Amanda was a recommendation from our neighbor who went on the market later and sold faster under her guidance. She came in and gave suggestions and helped our family to navigate a sell after we moved with 5 children across state lines in the middle of a pandemic.
