We highly recommend working with Amanda and Michael! Amanda and Michael made selling our home so easy and enjoyable, in a strange market nonetheless. All of our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, they checked in proactively throughout the entire process, everything was very organized and transparent, and we knew the entire timeline basically down to the hour. Amanda and Michael aren't just realtors, they are friends. From the moment I called them, they were by my side for everything. Not just the purchase of sale of my properties I have bought with them, but everything in between. They helped me find reliable and affordable contractors for any size project I needed. We worked with Amanda the summer of 2020 to find our first home in Boulder County. We were recommended many agents by friends in the area, but Amanda stood out to us the most for going above and beyond to help our friends find their home last year.
We began our search during the pandemic, but that didn't stop Amanda from digging in. She helped us better understand the real estate market in Boulder county, which neighborhoods were desirable, and what inventory would look like in a pandemic. We were seriously impressed with her knowledge of the market, her promptness in responding to any and every question we had, and her warm but direct (no BS) personality. We talked, texted, and emailed nearly everyday - Amanda was always on top of things and so easy and fun to work with.
She was also hugely helpful in recommending vendors and partners for inspection and renovation. She always had our best interests in mind and was just so lovely to work with. Her team is equally stellar - Michael, Jenny, and others! We will ABSOLUTELY work with Amanda again for our selling or buying needs, and will recommend her to our friends in the area!

Based on an excellent recommendation and a short conversation with Amanda, I chose her to represent me for my recent home purchase in Longmont Co. Amanda Lovato exceeded my expectations that I had for my real estate representative in this important transaction.

Search: Amanda has the resources. Her fully automated website was input with the right search criteria based on in depth conversations with her about what my family and I were looking for in a home. I constantly received the right homes to evaluate. When I had found some homes to look at, Amanda provided all information we required: pictures, floor plans, and other seller-based information. Since I was relocating and was not local, Amanda went out of her way to give me a personal video tour of the home in which I was interested. She was able to verify room sizes and other things that were not readily apparent through pictures, video tours and other inquiries.

Offer: Amanda provided all documentation and was the main conduit for negotiation of the price and other components of the negotiation. This was a smooth process and took all of our requirements and communicated them in a strong fashion to the seller.

Transaction: Not being local is usually a burden on the home buyer but as my representative, Amanda provided recommended inspector choices which were thorough and really easy to understand. The inspector was fully online compatible and made sure that the home was in excellent working condition prior to my contingency lift. Although I had my own financing, she provided several contacts, if needed.

Closing: My lender, of course, dragged their feet on underwriting. Amanda was interacting with them constantly letting them know that they were putting me at risk - watching out for my benefit. The lender finally got the loan together and with the closing agent Amanda set me up with, the transaction went off with little fanfare. In addition, Amanda assisted in getting some contractor references so we could get some things done prior to our arrival after purchase.

Overall: Any buyer would be ecstatic to have Amanda represent them in buying a property. Whether they are local or abroad, Amanda has a caring and dynamic personality. You can rely on her to be prepared and communicate constantly. I assume the opposite is true for home sales based on my experience as she has a solution-oriented attitude and will find advantageous solutions for all parties.

I am grateful I choose Amanda and Lovato Properties as my realtor! Amanda's work on my behalf was a sight to see. Amanda was always available and quickly responded to all my calls, texts and emails. She answered all my questions and helped allay my inevitable anxieties. Amanda and I developed a productive partnership and were in ongoing communication as my house hunting evolved from a broad initial search to a more focused search that resulted in my finding the house I really wanted. We were relocating from out of state and contacted Amanda to help us find our new home. She was very responsive and made herself available when we were in town for a short amount of time. Amanda was very knowledgeable on multiple areas across the front range. We have 2 small girls and she offered great advice on places around the neighborhoods that would be great for them to make our family as comfortable as possible with the big move.

We ended up purchasing a new build and she helped us navigate the process with the builder. We didn’t need a realtor with the new build but we’re so glad we had Amanda on our side. She was great in speaking with the builder and looking for certain items that they did or not do. We had to fly in for the various steps of the build process and Amanda made it a point to be at each of these meetings.

Amanda and her team made the entire home buying process a breeze when moving from out of state. She doesn’t just want to sell a house but rather make sure you are comfortable in your home. Even after being settled she continues to check in to make sure our family found the right place...which we did thanks to her help.
